1. Custom Work – No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold by Minit Print are made-to-order. This means:

  • We do not accept returns,
  • We do not offer exchanges, and
  • We do not process refunds based on a change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with approved artwork.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

While returns are generally not accepted, if your order arrives with a printing error or physical defect directly caused by us, or if your goods were damaged in transit, we’ll make it right.

Examples of covered issues:
  • Print significantly deviates from the approved artwork
  • Incorrect quantity delivered
  • Major physical damage caused during delivery
Not covered:
  • Colour variation from screen to print
  • Slight misalignments, cutting tolerances, or finishing variations within acceptable industry standards
  • Typos, resolution issues, or layout mistakes that were present in the artwork approved by the customer
  • Orders where the customer supplied incorrect files or instructions

3. Reporting a Problem

All complaints must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot be held liable.

To report an issue, please email su*****@***********co.za with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Our team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.

4. Resolution Process

Once your complaint is reviewed, and if your claim is approved, we may:

  • Reprint the order at no cost, or
  • Offer a refund (partial or full), depending on the issue and what’s feasible
  • Require you to return the defective items before processing a refund or reprint

Refunds (if issued) will be processed back to your original payment method within 14–30 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we require the goods to be returned, return shipping will be your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before artwork approval and production begins. If design work or materials have already been allocated or used, you may be liable for a portion of the quoted cost.

To cancel an order:

  • Email sa***@***********co.za with your order number and written confirmation
  • Verbal or WhatsApp cancellations will not be accepted without written follow-up

Any unpaid work done prior to cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
