1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products and services.
1.2 By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.3 We may update these T&Cs from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Products & Services
2.1 Minit Print provides printing and related services as advertised on our website.
2.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product without notice.
2.3 Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours and finishes may vary due to printing processes, materials, and screen displays.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
3.3 In the event of an error (including but not limited to typographical errors, pricing errors, or system glitches), we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. If you have already placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
3.4 Payment must be made in full before production or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Orders
4.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
4.2 Orders are only accepted once payment has been confirmed.
4.3 Custom printing orders (including personalised designs) are produced according to the artwork provided by the customer. Minit Print accepts no liability for errors in spelling, grammar, colour, or design once the proof has been approved.
5. Proofs & Artwork
5.1 Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format.
5.2 If we provide a digital proof, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve it before printing.
5.3 Once approved, Minit Print is not responsible for errors or omissions overlooked by the customer.
6. Delivery & Collection
6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and subject to availability.
6.2 We will not be liable for delays caused by couriers, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Due to the custom nature of printing, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or not as per the order.
7.2 Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
7.3 Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Minit Print once the issue has been assessed.
7.4 Incorrect use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear will not be considered grounds for a return.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, remains the property of Minit Print unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Customers warrant that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing.
8.3 Minit Print accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-supplied artwork.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minit Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
9.2 Our liability for defective products shall be limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
10.2 By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for purposes related to your order and our services.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
